Forty-five minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. You describe the business and what's getting in the way. Alicia asks a lot of questions. At the end you'll get an honest read on whether this is worth doing and roughly what it would involve.

If it isn't a fit, she'll say so on the call rather than send a proposal you don't need.
